The Italian Consortium for Nanoelectronics and ARCES - University of Bologna, are proud to announce the fourth summer school on "Semiconductor Device Modeling and Simulation" to be held at the historic Bertinoro Castle (Bertinoro (FC), Italy). The SINANO Summer School has been held in 2005, 2006 and The aim of the Summer School is to further enhance the knowledge of PhD students and postdoctoral researchers in the advanced modeling, simulation and characterization techniques amenable to conventional and novel nano-CMOS devices. It will discuss the device physics and the corresponding models, numerical techniques, programming and simulation tools, and experimental characterization techniques. In addition to the usual topics of the SINANO School, a session about technologies for energy harvesting and a special session on advanced non-volatile memories have been included in the program The 2010 edition of the School will take place at the Summer School facility of the |
